Ingredients : 4 medium sized potato boiled and mashed2 medium beet boiled and grated1/2 cup millet powder ( grind any millet like little millet into a fine powder. This is for binding)Khus khus ( poppy seeds) optional1 tsp crushed green chilly and ginger paste1 tsp ajwain1/4 cup coriander chopped1 onion sautéed1 tsp amchur powder/ dry mango powder ( optional)Salt to taste How to make: Mix all the ingredients with salt and bring it together like a dough.Make cutlets out of it dip both sides in khus khus and shallow fryServe with dip of your choice.
