Ingredients :
- 1 cup kodo millet (soaked )
 - 1 medium Sized onion chopped
 - 1 carrot finely chopped
 - 1 cup peas
 - 1 tomato chopped
 - 2-3 green chilly
 - Few sprigs of curry leaves
 - 2-3 tbsp chopped coriander
 - 1 tbsp ghee
 - Salt
 - 1.5 cups Water
 
How to make:
- Soak the millets for a minimum 4/5 hours. I usually soak mine overnight and they are ready to be made Into Upma for breakfast
 - In a pan add a tsp oil. Add mustard seeds and groundnut.
 - Next add the ginger, curry leaves and green chilly
 - Add the onions and sauté
 - Once done add the peas and carrot
 - Cook for a while then add the tomatoes and coriander.
 - Once done add water. The ratio is 1 cup millet : 1.5 water. Let the water boil and veggies cook.
 - Then add the soaked millets. Add salt . Cover and cook. It should roughly take 20/25 minutes on a low flame.
 - Once cooked add a tbsp of ghee mix well.
 - Piping hot and delicious millet Upma is ready to be served.
