Little Millet Idli This is a gluten free recipe made from Little millet or samai as it is also known. Ingredients : 3 cups little millet1 cup urad dal3/4 cup poha1 tbsp methi seeds How to make: Soak the millet separately for about 6/7 hoursSoak the urad dal and methi separatelySoak the poha 1/2 hour before grindingAfter the soaking time discard water First, grind the urad dal and methi seeds into a fluffy batter with less water .This is the key to a soft idli.
