RAGI DOSA This dosa is made from Ragi or finger millet flour. Ingredients : 1 cup ragiflour1/4 cup uraddal1 tbsp methiseeds1/4 cup poha How to make: Soak urad dal and methi seeds for 3 hours. Wash the poha and keep asideDrain water from urad and methi and grind with little water into a fluffy batter. Add poha and grind again.Add the ragi flour and some water into the grinder and give it a whiz along with the urad paste. Adjust water.You would need around 1-1.5 cups of water approximately.5.add salt and let it ferment for 8/10 hours or overnight.Batter ready to make dosa.This batter makes crispy and yummy dosas.
