Ragi Oats Pancake

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups rolled gluten free oats powdered raw in the mixer
  • 1 cup organic ragi flour
  • 1 cup almond milk ( mine was thin almond milk you could also use normal milk)
  • 2-3 cups of water depending on consistency
  • 1/4 cup jaggery powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder ( this is unprocessed you could use cocoa powder instead)
  • 1 medium sized banana mashed without lumps
  • Cardamom powder ( optional)

How to make:

  1. Mash the banana with a fork
  2. Mix the dry ingredients oats flour, ragi flour, cacao powder, cardamom powder. Mix well
  3. Now mix the almond milk, vanilla essence, water, mashed banana, jaggery powder and mix well till al are combined well. Add the water 1 cup at a time till you get a pancake consistency
  4. Heat a pan grease lightly and make pancakes.
  5. I had made this batter overnight and left it in my fridge and made pancakes in the morning.you could however make the batter leave it for half and hour and then make pancakes
  6. These are really soft pancake which are absolutely delicious
