Sharing a chutney recipe that can be has with either rice or dosa and idli or tori and bhakri.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup almond
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1/4 cup cacao powder (
I use unprocessed ) - 2/3 tbsp cold press
coconut oil
How to make:
- Dry roast the almonds till it changes colour on a low flame. Cool completely .
- Grind the almonds to a fine powder. It will slowly start becoming sticky as it releases its natural oil. Now add the jaggery and cacao powder and grind in small bursts till you get a smooth paste. You can add oil if needed at this stage to ease up the grinding.
- Yummy almond Nutella is ready.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator.
