Almond Nutella

High in vitamin A and a winter vegetable the red pumpkin is a very versatile veggie to use . if paired with the right spices we can extract the health benefits to make some delicious recipes in our kitchen

Sharing a chutney recipe that can be has with either rice or dosa and idli or tori and bhakri.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup almond
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (
    I use unprocessed )
  • 2/3 tbsp cold press
    coconut oil

How to make:

  • Dry roast the almonds till it changes colour on a low flame. Cool completely .
  • Grind the almonds to a fine powder. It will slowly start becoming sticky as it releases its natural oil. Now add the jaggery and cacao powder and grind in small bursts till you get a smooth paste. You can add oil if needed at this stage to ease up the grinding.
  • Yummy almond Nutella is ready.
  • Cool completely and store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator.
