Apple Chutney

Ingredients :

  • 2 medium sized apple
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp fennel powder/
    seeds
  • 2/3 green chilly
  • 2 tablespoon jaggery
    powder
  • 1/2 cup tamarind water
  • Salt to taste
  • Little oil

How to make:

  1. Wash, Peel and cut apples finely. Add a little bit of lemon juice on it so it Does not discolor.
  2. Take a tsp of oil and put it in a pan. Add the apples. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add the saunf and cinnamon powder. Cover cook a bit.
  3. 3.next add the chilly, jaggery, salt and cool.
  4. Add the tamarind water/paste and cook till the rawness of tamarind goes.

Yummy tangy chutney is ready
