Broccoli Peas Sesame Soup This is a very unique chutney from the south of India. It’s a chutney served warm and has no coconut in it like the staple chutney.Usually made with gram flour/ besan I have substituted with sattu flour for nutrition purposes. Ingredients : 1.5 cups broccoli1/4 cup fresh peas2 pods garlic1 piece ginger2 tbsp sesame seeds1-2 tsp pepper cornSalt to tasteOil How to make: 1. In a pan as the oil and sauté peppercorn, garlic and ginger.2. To this add sesame seeds3. Add the broccoli and peas and sauté for a few minutes.4. Add water and salt and boil till done5. Cool and blitz.6. Put in a pan and bring to a boil check seasoning and serve hot Aruna Anand
