Yellow moong stuffed with peas( fritters )

Ingredients :
- 1 cup yellow moong dal
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 cup par boiled peas
- 2 tbsp jowar rava ( you cAn use semolina or any other millet rava)
- 4/5 green chilly
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 2/3 tbsp chopped coriander
How to make:
1. Soak moong dal and flaxseed for at least 4 hours. Drain water and grind with two green chilly. Add the rava mix well. Add salt .and let it ferment overnight or 6/7 hours
2. Add the boiled peas, green chilly and ginger into a paste with little water.
3. Once fermented add the chopp coriander leaves to it and mix well.
4. Grease and heat an Appe pan. Add the batter to fill 1/4 of the Appe cavity. Then add a layer of the peas mixture and then top with another layer of the batter on top. So basically we sandwich the peas mixture in between the moongdal batter.
5. Once done on one side flip over to other side
6. Once both sides are done serve with your choice of green chutney or tomato sauce.
