Jowar Yellow Moong Dal Dosa This is a gluten free recipe . High in protein since we are using Jowar and Moong Dal. Also Jowar is high in fiber. So it makes a great complete meal. Ingredients : 1 cup Jowar Grains1 cup Yellow Moong Dal1/2 Cup poha/ flattened rice How to make: Soak the Jowar and Moong Dal for at least 7-8 hours.An hour before grinding add the poha to the soaked dals so that it softens as wellDrain and grind with little water to a fine dosa paste.
