Methi Tomato Pulav Ingredients : 1- 1.5 cups cooked and cooled rice1 cup chopped methi leaves1 large tomato chopped2/4 green chilly or chilly powder2-3 onion thinly slicedMix of whole clove, cardamom, cinnamon1-2 tsp jeera1-2 tbsp oilGreen chilly / chilly powder1 tsp garam masala powder ( optional)Salt to taste How to make: How to makeIn a pan add oil and jeera. Once it splutters add your whole spices. SautéAdd onions and roast till they turn light brown. Add the methi leaves and some salt.
