Peanut Chutney

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup raw peanut
  • 2 tbsp. white unpolished till seeds
  • 2 green chilly
  • A small piece of tamarind
  • 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard for tempering
  • 2 tsp oil

 

How to make:

  1. Take a tsp of oil in a pan. Add raw peanuts and till seeds and roast till well roasted then add the chilly, tamarind ,coconut and salt and give it a stir. Grind with a little water. Temper with mustard seeds
  2. Make crispy  ragi dosa and serve with this delicious peanut chutney. The combination cannot go wrong:)
