Quinoa Dosa

This recipe works for most millets just substitute quinoa with any millet.soaking  time could vary depending on the millet.



Ingredients :

  • 2 cups quinoa soaked
  • 1 cup urad dal soaked

How to make:

  • Soak the quinoa and urad dal together for 5-6 hours . Drain and grind the two together into a soft batter. Add salt and ferment overnight.
  • Once fermented make dosa and serve with chutney and milagai podi
