Ragi Porridge

Ingredients :

  • 2 tbsp organic ragi flour
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of jaggery ( optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk / any milk of your choice ( optional can be skipped)
  • Soaked nuts of your choice ( I used chia, almonds)

How to make:

  1. In a pan roast the ragi flour for a few minutes.
  2. Add water and bring to boil.
  3. Add jaggery, cardamom powder.
  4. Remove off flame and at this point add the milk if you desire
  5. Top with nuts of your choice
