Shallots( small onion) red pumpkin chutney Ingredients : 1 heap cup thinly sliced red pumpkin7-8 small onion sliced2 green chilly3-4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves4-5 curry leaves1 heap tbsp urad dal2 tsp oil for frying How to make: 1. In a pan add oil2. Roast the urad dal till light brown3. Then add green chilly and curry leaves4. Add the onion and cook til slightly brown5. Add the slices pumpkin, tamarind and salt to taste6. Mix well cover and cook on low heat till pumpkin is cooked7. Cool completely and grind to a coarse or smooth paste as you wish 8.
