Spring onion Raw Mango Chutney

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Of spring onion
    green chopped
  • 1/2 cup of the quilted
    of spring onion chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh coconut
  • 2 green chilly
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2  cup raw mango chopped
  • 2 tbsp urad dal
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt

How to make:


  1. Chop the green and the whites of the spring onion.
  2. Take a little oil in a pan. Fry the urad dal till light brown.
  3. Add the onions white and green , coriander leaves and chilly.
  4. When half done add the chopped mango and salt
  5. Cook till completely done.
  6. Switch off the flame and add the coconut and stir well.
  7. Cool completely . Grind with little water if required.
  8. Chutney ready to be served with any dosa of your choice.
