Spring onion Raw Mango Chutney Ingredients : 1 cup Of spring oniongreen chopped1/2 cup of the quiltedof spring onion chopped3/4 cup fresh coconut2 green chilly2 tbsp coriander leaves1/2 cup raw mango chopped2 tbsp urad dal1 tsp oilSalt How to make: Chop the green and the whites of the spring onion.Take a little oil in a pan. Fry the urad dal till light brown.Add the onions white and green , coriander leaves and chilly.When half done add the chopped mango and saltCook till completely done.Switch off the flame and add the coconut and stir well.Cool completely .
