Yellow and red capsicum chutney This is a wonderful tangy , Sweet and spicy chutney that goes amazingly well with dosa or idli Ingredients : 1 red capsicum1 yellow capsicum2 onion2 tomato3-4 dry red chillyPiece of gingerPiece of tamarind1 tbsp urad dal How to make: 1. Cut all the veggies into medium sized pieces2. In a pan add oil and sauté the urad dal and red chilly till it turn light brown3. To this add the onion. Sauté4. Add the capsicum, tomato and tamarind till all the veggies cook5. Add salt and cool completely6. Grind without water7.
